The Suggest Animal Songs Sweepstakes!

As you may know, over the course of each show, we play 2-3 animal songs--some are truly about animals, some simply feature animals in the title--plus a snippet of a far more familiar number to launch our weekly "Name That Animal Tune" contest. Observing some kooky, internal policy, we're also striving (for now, at least) to never play a given song more than once.

All the more reason to invite you to participate in the "Suggest Animal Songs Sweepstakes," an ongoing, fun-filled competition whereby you suggest animal songs--you can submit any number per entry--and we provide Fabulous Prizes to the winner, based on such criteria as quantity of songs, originality (you're probably gonna have to reach beyond "Hound Dog" if you want to be a contender), and genres. We also seek suggestions of animal-related comedy recordings that can be broadcast.

The "SASS" decisions will be made by a panel of illustrious judges (yeah, right), new winners will be selected at least monthly--but if we receive a dazzling entry, we'll instantly declare that submission a winner--and the prizes will consist of an ever-shifting collection of animal-oriented food, treats, accessories, books, CDs, clothing, gift certificates and other goodies. These prizes will be good--trust us! And let the suggestions begin...
